Of course it’s not the brownies, but still good and fast dessert. Chocolate taste, not very sweet and full with fruits. Just 5 ingredients: cocoa powder, flour, sugar, baking soda and fruit puree. Recipe adapted from Russian cooking portal.

2 tbsp. all purpose or whole wheat flour
3 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tbs. white or brown sugar
12 tbsp. fruit puree (I used 2 x 3.9 oz. unsweetened apple sauce)
1/4 tsp. baking soda
pinch of salt
1 tbsp. chocolate chips (optional)
Sift flour and cocoa in bowl, mix with sugar, salt and baking soda, add fruit puree and stir to make soft batter. Add chocolate chips if using and carefully stir. Pour batter into microwave-proof loaf pan or mini muffin pan. I used 9-Cavity Silicone Narrow Loaf and cut 6 to fit into microwave. Bake on HIGH 3-4 minutes, let cool and sprinkle with powder sugar or drizzle with plain glaze (powder sugar and come lemon juice or milk).
