Vanilla Coffee Jell-o Cubes in Cold Milk

Simple and easy dessert for sunny days. Great use for leftover coffee. I used vanilla coffee and 2% milk.

Yield: 2 servings

1 package (1/4 oz.) unflavored gelatin
2 c freshly brewed coffee
2 tbsp. sugar
1 cup of milk

Mix sugar and gelatin, stir in the hot coffee until completely dissolved. Chill in fridge until set, about 2 hours.
Chop jell-o, add some into a glass and cover with milk.
