Simple summer no-bake dessert with creamy filling and fresh strawberry pieces. I used very good Japanese strawberry roll cakes (from H-mart), sliced very thin. But homemade or store-bought Swiss rolls works too.
1/2 cup strawberries, chopped + 3-4 berries for garnish
2 Japanese rolls or homemade rolls, sliced in 8
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup Cool Whip, thawed
Whip yogurt and Cool whip, add sweetener if needed, mix with strawberries.
In small bowl, layered with plastic food wrap film, place 6 slices of Swiss roll to make dome shape, add yogurt with Cool Whip and top with two reminded slices. Put in fridge or freezer for couple hours, turn over the plate and remove plastic film. Decorate with strawberries.
