Kale Chips with Garlic and Smoked Paprika

Many times I saw it in the cooking blogs and in the stores. So I made it. It’s not bad (as I thought), a little cabbagy-taste, but still good. It’s crunchy, it’s spicy and, sure, healthy. Recipe adapted from Food Network.

Kale Chips with Garlic and Smoked Paprika

1 bunch of kale
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. smoked paprika
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Preheat oven in 325F.

Remove the center ribs and stems from kale; tear the leaves into 3-to-4-inch pieces. Mix olive oil, paprika, garlic and salt, toss kale. Spread on 2 baking sheets coated with cooking spray. Bake until browned around the edges and crisp, 20 minutes.
