Classic meal, that I made in first time. Very good with fresh Italian bread.
4 sweet Italian sausage
1 cup seedless red grapes, stemmed
1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
salt and pepper
Heavy skillet over moderate heat, then cook sausages until well browned. Add grapes and cook, stirring occasionally, until sausages are cooked through and grapes are softened, about 10 minutes. Stir in vinegar and salt and pepper to taste.
