Cranberry Vinegar

Great for dressings and marinades, bright color and great taste. Recipe adapted from Taste of Home.


1/2 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1 cinnamon stick
1 package (12 ounces) fresh or frozen cranberries

In a saucepan, bring all ingredients to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes or until the cranberries burst. Cool. Strain through a fine sieve into bottles or jars. Seal tightly, let cool.
