Mummy Dogs in English Muffins Wrap

I made my own mummies with English Muffins dough.


Yield: 10 servings

English Muffins dough
10 hot dogs sausages or franks (I used fat-free Smoked White Turkey Franks – 45 calories each)
sesame or flax seeds (optional)
egg white (optional)

Preheat oven to 400°. Separate dough into 10 pieces. Gently stretch each piece to a strip length of 8 inches.

Wrap one dough strip lengthwise around each frank. Brush with egg white, pour some seeds on top. Place on a sprayed baking sheet, let rise about 15 minutes.

Bake at 400° for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

1 serving is about 158 calories
