Boiled Apple Cider Syrup

Tis’ the season – make apple cider syrup for pancakes, waffles, pork chops or drinks (great with seltzer)! Great deep apple taste. Use spiced cider or make it pure, it’s wonderful in any kind.

8 cups apple cider

Pour apple cider into a very large stockpot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 1-2 hours until reduced to 1-2 cups, depending on how thick you want it.

Transfer to jar and refrigerate.
