Salmon or Tuna Salad with Radishes

Good combination of two popular salads, goes well like just salad or like filling for bagels or English muffins. Adapted from Laura B. Russell blog.

Yield: 2 servings

2-3 large radishes, grated
1/2 rib celery, chopped
3 oz. canned tuna or salmon (in water or oil), drained, flaked
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. scallion (green onion), chopped
salt and pepper
2 bagels or English muffins, sliced in half (optional)
4 tbsp. unsalted butter or spread (optional)


Combine radishes, celery, scallion, tuna or salmon (I used pink salmon in water), mustard, lemon juice, pepper and salt.

Divide mixture in 4 parts. Toast English muffin or bagel halves (I used Thomas bagel thins), butter it and put salad on top.


1 serving (without bagel) is about 55 calories
