Kielbasa with Savoy Cabbage and Potatoes

Fast dinner recipe with Polish kielbasa (type of Eastern European sausage), savoy cabbage and potato. Recipe inspired by All Recipes.

Kielbasa with Savoy Cabbage and Potatoes

1 large potato
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
2-3 tbsp. olive oil.
1/2 pound fully cooked kielbasa, cut into 1/2-inch slices
3 cups coarsely chopped savoy cabbage
1/4 cup chicken broth or water
salt and pepper

Preheat large skillet and heat 1 tbsp. olive oil on medium heat. Add peeled and diced potatoes. Sauté until brown and just cooked through. Set aside.

In a skillet, sauté onion and green pepper in 1 tbsp. oil about 1 minute. Add sausage; cook and stir until browned. Add the cabbage, potato, broth, salt and pepper. Cover and cook 10-12 minutes or until cabbage is tender.
