Baked Ham with Brown Sugar Glaze

Soft, juicy, sweet-n-sour Easter ham for small family.


2 pounds (to 4 pound) turkey ham
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 tbsp. balsamic or cider vinegar
1/2 tsp. ground mustard

Preheat oven to 350ยบ F.

Score the turkey ham and place in prepared baking dish.

Stir together brown sugar, vinegar and mustard; pat or brush on ham. Bake ham 15 minutes per pound, uncovered.

Cover ham and let stand about 10 minutes before serving.
