2 – 3 lb. of turkey breast in one piece (boneless)
2 tsp. salt
3 tbs. sweet paprika
2-3 tbsp. vegetable oil
Mix together salt, pepper and paprika (I added smoked paprika). Rub turkey breast with oil (I omit this step) and coat with spices. Wrap and put in fridge for half an hour.
Heat oven to 500° F. Place foil on baking sheet and put the meat on it. Put the baking sheet in the oven on the middle level for 12-15 minutes (depends on the size of the meat). Turn off the oven, do not open. Leave meat in the oven for 2-3 hours or until oven is cool.
