Some New Year’s Eve mocktails recipes (non-alcoholic cocktails) adapted from about.com.

Roy Rogers

This is also sometimes called a Cherry Cola despite the grenadine being made of pomegranates, maybe it’s the garnish.

6-8 oz cola
1/4 oz grenadine
maraschino cherry for garnish

Pour the ingredients into a collins glass filled with ice.
Stir well. Garnish with the maraschino cherry.

Shirley Temple

This is non-alcoholic cocktail, named for the biggest child star in history of USA.

3 oz lemon-lime soda
3 oz ginger ale
1 dash grenadine
maraschino cherry for garnish

Pour the lemon-lime soda and ginger ale into a glass with ice cubes. Add a dash of grenadine.

Baby Bellini

There’s a classic peach and Champagne cocktail from the 1930′s called the Bellini and this is the virgin version of that.

2 oz peach nectar
chilled sparkling cider

Pour the peach nectar into a Champagne flute. Slowly add the cider.
