Navel Oranges, caramelized walnuts and chili salad

It’s a sort of Carpaccio, but my orange slices are not thin enough. Anyway, it was very tasty and nice salad or appetizer, especially for the Christmas table.

1-2 Navel oranges
1-2 tbsp caramelized walnuts (I bought it in WholeFoods store)
pinch of chili powder
1 tsp virgin olive oil

Use a paring knife to remove all the peel and membrane from outside the orange. Cut it as thin as possible, sprinkle with caramelized walnuts (finely chopped) and pinch of chili powder. Drizzle with olive oil.
