Creamy rye bread

 

Adapted from More electric bread cookbook.
1

7/8 cup lukewarm water
2 1/2 cups bread flour
2 tsp caraway seeds
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp brown sugar
3/4 cup rye flour
1 1/2 tsp cocoa powder (unsweetened)
1/2 cup sour cream
1 1/2 tbsp mollasses
2 tsp yeast
Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in bread machine pan in the
order recommended by the manufacturer. Select regular bake cycle. Do
not use delay cycles.
