1 1/2 cup water
3 1/4 cup white bread flour
1 1/2 Tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
3 tsp active dry yeast
Add all ingredients to the bread machine according to the manufacturers directions.
This recipe was created for machine without a French bread baking cycle: it mixes, rises and bakes entirely in your machine. When the bread comes out of the machine, the crust color may look light for you. This is normal for this loaf.
