Sally Lunn Bread

Adapted from Betty Crocker Best Bread Machine Cookbook. History of this tasty bread is here. It’s a long and good history about baker from Bath, England. Or maybe not 🙂
Our son loves this bread. It has reach and creamy taste, It’s soft and smells very good.

2 Eggs plus enough water to equal 1 1/3 cups
1 1/2 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Sugar
1/3 cup Butter softened
4 cups Bread Flour
1 1/2 tsp Yeast

Margarine is not recommended for this recipe. Select Basic white cycle. Use medium or light crust color. Do not use delay cycles. Remove baked bread from pan and cool on wire rack.
