Idea came from chickpea cookie dough balls recipe and black bean brownies. Not too sweet, smooth and chocolate balls, great cooled or even frozen. For sweetener I used date syrup – it adds some sour taste, like in real dark chocolate.
Of course it’s not the brownies, but still good and fast dessert. Chocolate taste, not very sweet and full with fruits. Just 5 ingredients: cocoa powder, flour, sugar, baking soda and fruit puree. Recipe adapted from Russian cooking portal.
My first variation of crepe soufflé – plain and easy way. Thin small crepes and pastry cream with whipped egg white. Very good pastry-like dessert. Inspired by Stylist.co.uk. Second version – rye and whole wheat flours chocolate crepes (soft thin waffles) with pastry cream and cherries.
