I found small jar of pineapple-mango salsa in local Home Goods, it looks interesting, so I made picture of ingredient list and made my own condiment. I love store-bought sauces, but I had pineapple and mango at home. It’s very good thing (I’m not sure how to name it, but I made it like my favorite Sweet Pepper Relish. It’s sweet and sour, with a little hot kick.

1 medium ripe mango, I used Champagne Mango, peeled and chopped
1 cup fresh pineapple, chopped
1/3 cup sweet onion, chopped
1/2 large red sweet pepper
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
splash of hot sauce
pinch of salt
In medium saucepan combine mango, pineapple, sweet pepper, onions, vinegar, sugar, and salt. Cook about 20 minutes until relish is thickened but still juicy.
Whole recipe is about 350 calories.
