I found whole new taste – tomatoes and fruits together. This sandwich is very good lunch meal.
2 tbsp. spreadable goat cheese
2 slices whole-grain bread, toasted (I used 1/4 of Turkish Pide, cut in half)
1 medium tomato, sliced
1 medium peach, sliced
sea salt and fresh ground pepper
Spread goat cheese on bread and top with tomato and peach slices. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and drizzle with oil (I used Misto sprayer). Top with basil.
With pide bread (140 calories) whole serving is about 300 calories.
