Sweet Horseradish Zucchini Chips

I have never tried pickled zucchini until this time. Very good taste, great in sandwiches or as is.

2 medium zucchini, sliced
1/3 cup vinegar
1/4 sugar
1 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. prepared horseradish
1 tsp. mustard seeds
1 tsp. coriander seeds
1 cup water

Bring water to boil, dissolve salt and sugar, add mustard and coriander, horseradish and vinegar. Put sliced zucchini into jar, pour marinade in it and let stay overnight. Put in fridge and let cool.
