Red Radish and Farmer Cheese Dip

Red radishes – first spring vegetables on Russian table (asparagus was ve-e-ery rare). When we had enough of boring canned vegetables (but sauerkraut still rules), we made okroshka or this salad (or any other) with radishes.

This salad or dip with cheese and radishes was so good, we ate it with spoons. Great for breakfast meal with egg and toast too.
