Banana and White Chocolate Spread

Great new way with bananas. Spread it or cool and whip it. Use like frosting on cupcakes or topping on ice-cream, French toast or pie filling. Great with dark or milk chocolate too.
Banana and White Chocolate Spread

2 medium ripe bananas, mashed
1/4 cup orange juice
4 tbsp. white chocolate chips

Mash bananas, add orange juice and cook, stirring, in low heat about 10-15 minutes. Add white chocolate chips in hot jam and let melt, mix well.

Whole serving is about 520 calories.
