Light and fluffy ice-cream without any fat.
I made this garlic in first time and it needs time to be prepared, so I hope to update post in winter. Recipe adapted from Russian cooking sites.
It was a old Russian cake recipe (named Snowflake cake – Keks Snejinka in Russian), but I used less of main ingredient – sweetened condensed milk – and had a 6 great lemon bars. It’s tastes like (cream)cheese bars, but it has no any cheese. Also, it’s gluten free and easy to make.
Purslane is leaf vegetable, great alternative for lettuce or spinach in salads. I bought my purslane in farm market. This is plain, but tasty tomato salad.
