Baked Chicken Drumsticks with Sweet Potato

Just quick and easy dinner at summer night after busy day.

5 chicken drumsticks
2 sweet potato, sliced
1/2 red onion, cut into quarters
2 tbsp. olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Preheat oven to 350F.

Sprinkle salt and pepper to all sides of drumsticks, drizzle with lemon juice. Season sweet potato slices with salt and 1 tbsp. olive oil, add garlic and onion, mix well.

Heat oil in a skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat. Brown drumstick evenly, about 2-3 minutes.

Place sweet potatoes into a baking tray. Add the drumsticks on top. Bake until drumsticks are done, about 20-25 minutes. Serve hot.
