Recipe courtesy Giada De Laurentiis. Great bird with juicy meat. I just omit gravy things.
This is my other comfort food: beef or chicken in sweet and sour (tomato) sauce with pineapple, bamboo shoots, peppers, carrots and celery. I added sweet chili sauce and paprika in this time.

Looks like mushrooms, melted in mouth, but in taste very plain. Adapted from Almost Turkish Recipes.
