Sundried Tomato Parmesan Bread

Marble loaf with color and taste of good sundried tomatoes in oil and kick of Parmesan too! Adapted from “Betty Crocker’s Best Bread Machine Cookbook”.


1 tbsp quick yeast
1 1/4 – 1 1/2 cups very warm water
1 tbsp sugar
4 cups bread flour
1 tsp salt
6 oil packed sundried tomatoes, chopped finely
1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
approx. 1 tbsp olive oil from the jar of oil packed sundried tomatoes

Add all ingredients to the bread machine according to the manufacturers directions.
Bake the bread using the raisin/nut or regular cycle.
